At Spruce Custom Carpentry, we take pride in our kitchen remodel projects, and the Smith's kitchen remodel is no exception. With an eye for detail and a focus on functionality, we transformed their small, outdated kitchen into a modern, open-concept space perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet meal with family. From custom cabinetry to top-of-the-line appliances, we ensured that no detail was overlooked.

Matt and Jaclyn's Basement Finishing
Matt and Jaclyn had recently moved into a new home in a new subdivision and loved everything about it excepted the wasted space in their unfinished basement. WIth a baby on the way, they knew they needed to create more space. Working with a very strict timeline we worked together to create a beautiful and spacious living space along with a sound proofed office, and exercise room and a 3 piece bathroom. We wrapped everything up and got out just in time for the baby's arrival!

Elizabeth and Ian's Laundry to Fireplace Conversion
Elizabeth and Ian had a small laundry room on the ground floor with a toilet and sink that rarely got used. They had moved the washer and dryer to another room and then wanted to convert the space into an updated 3 piece bathroom with modern fixtures. We worked together to maximize space turning this little room into an elegant and very functional main floor bathroom that gets lots of use!

Brent and Ellen's Bathroom Renovation
Looking to update your bathroom? Look no further than Spruce Custom Carpentry. The Johnson's bathroom renovation is a testament to our commitment to quality and attention to detail. From the initial design phase to the final installation, we worked closely with Brent and Ellen to ensure that their vision for their bathroom was brought to life. With custom tile work, a luxurious soaking tub, and modern fixtures, this bathroom is now a relaxing oasis in their home.

Jenny was looking to add some flare and warmth to her living room, so we brought in a zero clearance gas fireplace and had some custom cabinetry built to clean things up around the TV unit and add some natural wood colours. The fireplace was coated with a micro-cement finish leaving the space with a very clean, polished look!

Lisa and Glen had recently updated their flooring throughout the ground level and wanted to get rid of their carpeted stairs. We tore out the old carpeting and created some brilliant while risers mitered into a skirt board that ran up the old stringer. Then we colour matched some beautiful white oak stair treads to compliment the brown hues in their flooring and meticulously fit each tread so that it looked like a pre-build and pre-finished unit.

John and Lynn's Cedar Deck
Need to spruce up your outdoor living space? Spruce Custom Carpentry can help. John and Lynn's Cedar Deck is a recent project that showcases our solid carpentry skills and unique designs. We built a stunning outdoor living space that has become the highlight of their backyard. The glass handrail system adds a modern touch and exudes a seamless look. With a few extra stingers the stairs feel rock solid underfoot and will last for years to come!

Alicia and Kevin's Fireplace Built-ins
At Spruce Custom Carpentry, we are known for our attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. Kevin and Alicia wanted to transform their basement into a cozy retreat with functional storage, a warm firplace and a stylish tv mount over a rustic mantle. This project required custom framing, tight fitting cabinets and even a hidden conduit for a clean, polished look.
